Petersburg Offers Limited In-Person Utility Billing Services
Petersburg, VA: Effective Monday, June 1st, the City of Petersburg will open a limited service window located at the Fiscal Management Building (144 N. Sycamore Street).
This limited service area will be open only for water connection services. The service window will be open for operation Monday-Friday during the hours of 9:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm–3:30pm.
The Office of Billing and Collections has suspended the acceptance of cash payments. At this time, we are only accepting credit/debit card, money order, cashier check, or personal check.
While this service window is primarily for billing and collections, the Commissioner of the Revenue will also have access to assist customers should the need arise.
