Petersburg City Councilman Charlie Cuthbert will hold a 4th Ward meeting on Monday December 8, 2025, starting at 5:30 p.m. and ending no later
than 7:30 p.m., in the Event Center Auditorium of the Petersburg Public Library, 201 West Washington Street.
The focus of the meeting will be on the future of Old Town, including the proposal made by I AM POWER to buy and develop a portion of the property owned by the City, where Master Chevrolet was located many years ago. If time allows, City staff will also report on progress made to mitigate speeding. Representatives of the City Manager's Office and the Petersburg Police Department have been invited to attend to address issues and to answer questions.
This meeting is open to all citizens and property owners in Petersburg, regardless of Ward.
