2. City of Hopewell will be operating partial service servicing main roads only until conditions improve.
3. 460 County Dr. will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
4. Blandford will be operating partial service servicing main roads only until conditions improve.
5. Halifax Street will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
6. Virginia Avenue will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
7. Ettrick/Amtrack will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
8. South Crater Rd. will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
9. Washington Street will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
10. Lee Avenue will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
11. Richmond Express will be operating full-service with delays due to roads.
12. Mall/Plaza will be operating partial service main roads only with delays due to roads.
13. Walnut Hill will be operating partial service main roads only to Walmart traveling back down Sycamore Street.
